Qualification - B.E / B.Tech with minimum 6 years experience in plant maintenance and must have strong knowledge of HVAC system. 

Job description

• Preparation of Qualification document regarding HVAC.
• Knowldege of QMS
• ensure all time area readiness for audits as per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documents like log books, formats and schedule as per SOP.
• HEPA validation, instrument calibration and temperature mapping.
• Preparation of QMS documents in HEPA validation process.
• maintain labeling system in service area as per SOP.
• To prepare/ update & implement existing SOP, new SOP and maintain compliance.
• To check the operation and maintenance of Air Handling Unit, Air Processing Unit, Dehumidifier, Dust Collector unit etc.
• To coordinate ISO documentation and safety related training.
