Title: Senior Associate, Lifecycle Marketing
The Senior Associate, Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing acquisition and retention campaigns for Alchemee (previously The Proactiv Company) via CRM channels (email, SMS, and loyalty program). This role requires a highly motivated and data-driven individual with proven experience driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage strategy, execution, and partnerships in email and SMS marketing channels, including the development of automated workflows and ad-hoc campaigns based on customer behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
- Design and implement strategies to strengthen customer retention and loyalty, optimize messaging for promotional, triggered, and operational communications
- Own segmentation strategy and audience building for all CRM channels (email and SMS) communications, developing optimizations and identifying new opportunities for channel growth based on learnings and best practices.
- Enhance the cadence, creative, and sequencing of communications across CRM channels (email, SMS, and loyalty) using experience in lifecycle management and creative marketing to create, test, measure, and improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data to assess strategy success, providing recommendations based on user engagement, open rates, click trends, and sales.
- Oversee the technical execution of campaign deployment and serve as a thought leader in leveraging new marketing technologies, platforms, and channels.
- Collaborate with the Manager on budget planning and management (e.g., forecasts, pacing, etc.),
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other similar discipline, required
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, email and SMS marketing experience preferred
- 3+ years’ experience with email and SMS platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo, etc)
- Strong experience with strategy implementation, analytics, and reporting in DTC eCommerce environment
- High level of detail with strong attention to follow-through, and the ability to prioritize and execute many tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to identify key market trends and translate data into ideas
- Experience with forecasting and budgeting for marketing campaigns
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken.
- Ability to take direction well; can work independently in most situations.
- Strong PowerPoint skills
The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $88,000 to $107,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
