Qualification : ITI /Diploma

1. Person is authorize to sign (as a doer) :

1. Parenteral GMP documents
2. Equipment and  Area cleaning/sanitization logs

2. Involved in the equipment Qualification / Re-Qualification activity.
3. He is responsible for Vial Filling Line, PFS Filling Line, Infusion bag line and API aseptic area in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
4. He is responsible for aseptic area and Freeze Drying area related qualification / requalification activities in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
5. Any other job assigned by superior.
