Job Description:

1.            To perform the analysis of Stability and Finished product samples as per the work planning given and do their online reporting and documentation like calculation, logbook entries etc. (For Physical testing).

2.            To check the calibration status of the instrument and validity before use or perform the instrument calibration as when required.

3.            Follow the ATP procedure, Instructions and SOP procedure while performing the analysis.

4.            To keep the instrument and surrounding area clean during and after the analysis.

5.            To keep the Working standards, Reference standards, Impurity standards, Sample solutions, Chemicals, Reagents, Specification, ATP, etc. to the designated place after use.

6.            To maintain reconciliation sheet for stability, finished and process validation samples.

7.            To prepare the mobile phase, degassed it and filter before use as per the HPLC procedure.

8.            To verify the generated results against the given approved specification and inform to cell leader or supervisor for any odd observation, OOS, OOT and Lab Event.

9.            To give Glassware tray which are used in analysis for washing after confirmation of results. To prepare Deactivating solution while handling the cytotoxic material and deactivate the glassware and solutions.

10.          Follow the Safety procedures like Wear hand gloves, mask and safety glasses during analysis.

11.          Always wear Apron and safety shoes in the lab during analysis.

12.          Follow the GLP and GDP procedures.

13.          Tejaswini Chauhan is also responsible for carrying out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time orally or in writing.

14.          She is also responsible for monitoring of the temperature and humidity in laboratory.

15.          Water analysis of Purified water, Water for injection, raw water, clean steam (pH, conductivity, Nitrate and oxidizable test).
