Job responsibility

Operational Performance Analytics

· Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly site performance KPIs (OEE, yield, batch cycle times,

production adherence, machine downtime). Identify bottlenecks in production and recommend

improvements.

· Support S&OP, capacity planning, and resource forecasting.

· Provide analytical inputs for:

o Site quarterly reviews

o Cost optimization projects

o Manpower manning evaluation

o Involve in OPEX & CAPEX

o Capital projects evaluation (ROI, cost-benefit analysis)

o Tracking of Projects

o Analytical Assignment of plant data

· Prepare insights for presentations to corporate leadership.

Technical Skills

· Strong expertise in Advance Excel, Power BI/Tableau.

· Hands on ChatGPT and Copilot

· Good understanding of statistical tools /applications & inferences

· Ability to manage large data sets and ensure data integrity.

Behavioral Skills

· Strong analytical and critical thinking.

· Ability to work under minimal supervision and support senior leadership.

· Excellent communication & presentation skills.

· High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Data Analytics. /MCA/MBA Operations · 2–6 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in pharma manufacturing or supply chain.
