Job responsibility


Operational Performance Analytics Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly site performance KPIs (OEE, yield, batch cycle times, production adherence, machine downtime). Identify bottlenecks in production and recommend improvements. Support S&OP, capacity planning, and resource forecasting. Provide analytical inputs for: Site quarterly reviews Cost optimization projects Manpower manning evaluation Involve in OPEX & CAPEX Capital projects evaluation (ROI, cost-benefit analysis) Tracking of Projects Analytical Assignment of plant data Prepare insights for presentations to corporate leadership. Technical Skills Strong expertise in Advance Excel, Power BI/Tableau. Hands on ChatGPT and Copilot Good understanding of statistical tools /applications & inferences Ability to manage large data sets and ensure data integrity. Behavioral Skills Strong analytical and critical thinking. Ability to work under minimal supervision and support senior leadership. Excellent communication & presentation skills. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Data Analytics. /MCA/MBA Operations 2–6 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in pharma manufacturing or supply chain.
