Qualification -  BE – Instrumentation & Electrical

Person has responsibilities of

• Engineering GMP documents
• Break down/Preventive maintenance report.
• Incident and Investigation Documents.
• Validation Documents.
• QMS documents review and closing.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for instrumentation and Electrical related tablet plant maintenance of Process and utility equipments.
2. Identify the areas for improvements to reduce the Break down time of equipments.
3. Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, Production and Purchase)
4. Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
5. Project work related to up gradation of systems and equipments.
6. Ensure availability of the spares and maintain inventory of critical spares having long delivery time.
7. Handling of PLC upgradation and PLC Validation activity.
8. Calibration activity completed as per schedule.Preparation of annual maintenance budget and ensure expenses are within budget.
9. Ensure timely preparation and closing of QMS documents.
10. To organize departmental training for improvement.
11. Ensure GMP Documents are maintained as per SOP.
