Key responsibilities:

  • Handling of all Quality Management System (QMS) activities including Change Control, Investigations, CAPA and compliance commitments.
  • Manage and oversee visual inspection and leak testing operations for vial filling line.
  • Ensure daily monitoring and timely closure of all QMS elements within specified timelines.
  • Provide oversight of departmental activities including isolator filling line, manufacturing and unit preparation processes.
  • Lead gap assessments in processes and ensure closure of identified gaps to maintain compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen projects.
