Job responsibilities:

1. Campus Connect & Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute a campus engagement strategy with engineering colleges, management institutes, and vocational institutions.
  • Strengthen the company’s employer brand through campus events, seminars, workshops, social media presence, and collaborations.
  • Build long‑term relationships with placement officers, faculty, and student bodies.
  • Plan and manage annual campus hiring calendar, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Represent the organization during campus drives, career fairs, and pre-placement talks (PPTs).

2. Trainee Hiring & Early Talent Programs

  • Lead end‑to‑end hiring for Graduate Trainees, Management Trainees, Diploma Trainees, and Apprentices.
  • Design and execute robust selection processes (tests, group exercises, interviews, case studies).
  • Manage offer roll‑outs, pre-joining engagement, onboarding, and induction for trainees.
  • Track trainee performance through structured review cycles, assessments, and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with functional managers to ensure smooth rotations, training plans, and final placements.
  • Monitor trainee retention and drive initiatives that enhance early-career engagement.

3. HR Business Partnering – Quality Function

  • Act as the primary HR partner for the Quality department, understanding their business priorities and talent needs.
  • Support manpower planning, recruitment, internal movements, and succession planning for Quality teams.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and capability building.
  • Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, L&D, R&R, and culture building within Quality.
  • Work closely with Quality leadership to address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Analyze HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, productivity) and provide data-driven insights.
