 Job responsibility

1.            He is authorized to sign (as a doer / reviewer / verifier) [May not be limited to]:

                i               Engineering GMP Documents

                ii              Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance report.

              iv             Any other documents  related to QMS

2.            Responsible for Overall HVAC related activity.

3.            Operation and maintenance management (B/D and PM) of HVAC Equipments.

4.            Identify the areas for improvements to reduce the downtime and plant corrective action.

5.            Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action for the HVAC related issues.

6.            Effective coordination with inter department (QA, Production and Purchase)

7.            Preparation of Annual budget of HVAC and Ensure expenses are within budget.

8.            Participate in Technical Investigations.

9.            Preparation and Execution of Qualification protocol.

10.          Ensure availability of the spares and critical equipments.

11.          Monitor result of energy conservation.

12.          Responsible for over-all activity of HVAC system.

13.          Handling of HVAC related modifications and projects.

14.          Ensure that all activity carried out by operator as per standard procedure.

15.          Initiate & closer documents like CAPA, Change Control, Observation, PMF and Incident

16.          Daily operation log sheet and BMS report or online printout verification, review and approval.

17.          Initiation of PR and execution of PO within time line in order to avoid.

18.          Deal & coordination with third party vendors for new spares, plant modification & project work.

19.          Keep and maintain HVAC area and ensure that all systems are presentable.

20.          Explain and present overall HVAC system to the regulatory and internal audit.

21.          Compliance of audit and internal observation points.
