Key responsibilities:

1. Handling of Engineering operations for Block A2, Block D and Block E.
2. Handling of calibration activities of Halol site by coordination with external vendor and plant engineering team.
3. Handling of SAP modules for its continuous operation (Preventive maintenance, Calibration, Breakdown Maintenance and Facility Maintenance) with coordination with SAP team and site IT team.
4. Handling of Regulatory audits by ensuring the successful site visits, documentation and compliance.
5. Handling of internal and regulatory audit Compliance against the observations.
6. Implementation of modification/Upgradation/projects related to blocks Block A2, Block D and Block E.
7. Implementation of capex for Block A2, Block D and Block E.
8. Monitoring of operational and maintenance budget.
9. Operation and maintenance Management of Parental Equipment’s, HVAC Equipment’s and water system Equipment’s for Block A2, Block D and Block E.
10.  Ensure Spare part management for all critical Equipment’s

1. Review of breakdowns and do the breakdown analysis.
2. Identify the areas for improvements to reduce the downtime of the equipment’s.
3.  Effective coordination with inter departments (Quality, Production and Procurement)
4. Implementation of Energy conservation projects and Monitor throughout the life cycle.
5. Ensure for generation and closure of QMS system documents like CAPA, Change Control and Deviations.

16. To arrange the technical training from OEMs to site engineering team.
17. Authorize to sign (As a doer / reviewer / verifier),

1. Calibration Certificate
2. Qualification Documents.
3. Material Requisition Slip.
4.  Engineering GMP documents
