Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing the Entire Electrical and Utility Functions of Plant.
• To facilitate safety in working Environment by implementing EHS policies.
• Budgeting for yearly operation & maintenance.
• Budgeting for proposed new projects with the help of corporate project and finance team.
• Ensuring the statutory compliances related to projects & maintenance as per Assam factory Act & PCB norms.
• Ensuring compliance of electrical inspectorate and support to QMS activity.
• Facing customer audits and taking corrective actions as per Audit requirements.
• Preparing reports on maintenance performance & technical data of Engineering Activities.
• Executing cost & Energy savings techniques And Modification to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.
• Drive the ENCON initiatives for cost reduction and product quality
• Daily interaction with team for day activities, updates of department and other cross-functional departments.
• Preparation , planning and Monitoring of Running Projects
• Installation & commissioning of the plant Machinery as per Drawing / Layout.
• Follow GEP in daily work culture in build enhance performance and efficiency of equipment, system and organization.
• Planning various maintenance schedules and lead the Team to ensure Implementation of schedule for improving the overall reliability of Equipment. Ensure that equipment is in good working order to prevent disruption of activities during process
• Responsible to approve GRN
• Follow GMP/EQMP practices, guidelines, schedules and SOPs
• Ensure CSV & IT compliance for all utility system.
• Ensure upbringing/implementation of sustainability ideas from engineering.
• Support team and provide new ideas in Aspire, QCFI and Kaizen initiative
• Ensure there is no data integrity issue in the department.
