Key responsibilities:

• The role is for an Interior Projects Manager for our organisation.
• Understand USER requirements and support drafting URS/Space requirements. (For Offices, Training centres, conference rooms, any other requirement the come)
• Vendor evaluation & finalization for designing & execution.
• BOQ finalisation and cost optimisation.
• Travel to multiple sites to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Coordinate with external vendors for project activities.
• Act as in-house PMC for interior and civil projects.
• Plan, evaluate, and finalize vendors (technical & commercial).
• Maintain quality and ensure on-schedule completion.
• Create MIS/Reports and updates for management.
• Costing and Site knowledge for interior projects are of prime importance.

Key Skills:

• Good communication skills, strong co0ordinator, Problem solving and decision taking capability. Should be able to work independently.
• AUTOCAD, Excel, MS Office. Any other 3d software would be a good thing to have

B. Arc. ; Architect / Interior Decorator

Experience

Tenure: 10 years +; EPC firm, PMC firm, Real estate developer
