Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for qualification and re-qualification of lab equipment, instruments, utilities, and areas.
• Ensure preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and breakdown support for all equipment.
• Prepare and manage calibration schedules; ensure timely execution and documentation.
• Handle SOP creation, revision, and training for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Support QMS activities including CCR, deviation handling, and documentation compliance.
• Manage equipment relocation and requalification under change control procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for equipment procurement and installation.
• Raise and justify CAPEX/OPEX proposals; track budget utilization and approvals.
• Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and ensure availability.
• Review and approve qualification, calibration, and area validation documents.
• Monitor third-party service work and verify related invoices for processing.
• Provide engineering support during internal and external audits.
• Preferred background: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with relevant experience in pharma/R&D setups.
• Experience range 7 to 12
