Key responsibilities:

To follow good documentation practices and to perform online documentation.

To maintain the data integrity and to plan the work such as to give maximum productivity within stipulated time.

Preparation of specification, STP and template in LIMS for raw material, finished product, packing material and Stability.

Preparation of COA.

Coordination of LIMS activity with corporate quality and with corporate LIMS team.

Import and export of specification in LIMS.

Report preparation of method transfer for API, Finished product and AMV report for finished product.

Preparation of templates related to volumetric solution, general reagent solution, indicators, Test solutions and buffer solutions.

Preparation of method and raw data in LIMS.

Checking of LIMS prepared documents.

To prepare SOP as per CQ guidelines and directives.

Responsible for handling of software like EDMS, EWS and SAP.

Responsible for review and evaluation of change control related to specification, standard test procedure/Method of analysis in trackwise.

Responsible for completion of online training and provide pending signature in LMS

To coordinate the implementation of CQ guidelines, directives and global CAPA as per the corporate requirements.

To in line the SOP and system as per the GLP and actual practice within regulatory requirements and to upgrade the system in guidance of QC head.

To perform any additional activities assigned by Quality Control Head.
