Key responsibilities:

1. Supervision of coating activities machine wise.
2. Supervision of dispensing activities.
3. Distribution of work amongst the operators/helpers in coating area.
4. Responsible for fulfillment of production target machine wise.
5. Responsible for cGMP compliance in coating department.
6. Co-ordination with QA, QC, Store (RMS), Engineering and Granulation / Compression department for smooth functioning of coating activities.
7. Responsible to take over the equipment´s after preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance with proper documentation.
8.  Responsible for total documentation as per cGMP practice in Coating area.
9. Responsible for on line documentation related to assigned job.     
10. Responsible for transfer of process container from Coating area to quarantine area and updation of their record.
11. To impart various training to workers and maintain records.            
12. Responsible for proper man power utilization in the coating department.
