Key responsibilities:

To do the allocated work on daily basis of received sample and follow the Laboratory system, QC productivity and GLP.

To plan the allocated work and complete within targeted time.

To follow good documentation practices and to perform online documentation.

During analysis glass wares, equipment and instruments should be labeled properly.

To maintain the data integrity and to plan the work such as to give maximum productivity within stipulated time.

To help in maintaining the laboratory neat, clean and always maintain personal hygiene.

To operate, maintain and clean the instruments prior starting and after completion of work

To perform analysis of   raw materials, volumetric solutions, general reagents and other miscellaneous samples as per ATP and as when required.

To calculate the analytical results on time and to do its LIMS entry.

To follow the proper safety precautions while working in the lab and wear PPEs during analysis.

To immediately report any odd observations, failures and errors to section head or designee.

Read chemicals MSDS while handling chemicals.

To coordinate with GLP while facing problem related to instrument breakdown and to communicate in case any odd observations found in laboratory (i.e. temperature/ humidity, purified/ Mill Q water, any spillage etc.).

To attain all relevant trainings when imparted and maintain the training records on time and is responsible to complete online training in LMS and to provide pending signature.

Responsible for handling application like EWS.

To perform analysis in any other section of quality control and to perform additional job assigned by Quality Control Head.
