Key responsibilities:

Supervision of compression activities machine wise.                             

Responsible for cGMP compliance in compression department                       

Responsible for proper manpower utilization in department                             

Responsible for BMR review                            

Responsible for DPR preparation                   

Responsible for follow the SOPs for every activity.                 

Responsible to produce good quality product without complaint.                   

Responsible for any other work to be performed as and when allotted by reporting authority.                          

Responsible for fulfillment of production target monthly and daily basis.                     

Responsible for maintaining of Punch Utilization and Tool Room record.                      

Responsible for SAP and EDMS related activities                     

Responsible for operation and cleaning of Punch Polishing Machine.                             

Responsible for closing the BMR in compression stage on SAP in daily basis                

Responsible for taking line clearance from QA.                        

Co-ordination with QA/QC/Store/Engg./Granulation/coating/packing department for smooth functioning of compression activities.                       

Responsible for operation, cleaning and calibration of Friability Apparatus.                

Responsible for operation, cleaning and calibration of Auto tester 4                              

Responsible for operation, cleaning and calibration of Disintegration Apparatus.
