Key responsibilities:

Supervision of granulation activities machine/area wise.

Distribution of work amongst the operators/Contract worker in granulation area.

Supervision of dispensing activities.

Co-ordination with QA/QC/Store/Engineering/Compression/Coating and Packing department for smooth functioning of granulation activities.

Responsible for fulfillment of production target machine wise.

Responsible for Production feedback entry and SAP HANA work.

Responsible for total documentation as per cGMP practice in granulation area.

Responsible for maintenance of general discipline in the granulation area.

Responsible for maintenance of machineries in the granulation area.

Responsible for cGMP compliance in granulation department.

Responsible for monthly calibration and daily performance check of balances, weight verification record of HMA and updation of their record in granulation area.

Responsible for transfer of process container from granulation area to quarantine area and updation of their record.

To carry out documentation such as Protocol, Sop preparation, Change control, Deviation and its Investigation report.

Handling of UPD, URS, Qualification and Re-Qualification with respect to his area only and investigation related to running process incident.

Responsible to do various in-process tests as per the instruction outlined in the BMR.

Responsible for giving clearance to carrying out preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of equipment’s to engineering personnel.

Responsible to take over the equipment’s after preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance with proper documentation.

Responsible for performing any other work whenever assigned by reporting authority.
