Key responsibilities:

  • o Ensure completion of all SOP as Training need matrix.
  • To participate in the training programme and share the knowledge to the concern line members.
  • To execute the Packing activity as per the written procedure of SOP on line.
  • To involve in the investigation pertaining to Supervised line for any Market compliant.
  • To ensure Quality adherence during  all stages of Packing Operation
  • To check Daily Verification and Monthly Calibration of checkewigher and balances.
  • To control the rejection on line, with all the rejections bin are under lock and keys.
  • To Follow Daily Plan and Execute the same.
  • To Obtain the Line Clearance as per BPR, SOP and Checklist.
  • To Monitor, Perform and record online inprocess Critical Process parametres, Such as Leak test, camera Checks, Pharma code challenges, Splice joint checking & verifcation,Forced rejection parametres ,rejection Handling and follow the same ,in case of any discrepancies same shall be reported to shift incharge.
  • Responsible to fill all the log Books/BPR on line to maintain Data Integrity & GDP Compliance.
  • To Follow up and organise the BPR, PM, Stereos from concerned responsible person and Bulk tablets to initiate the Packing line operation.
  • Responsible for generation of TRF, SAP posting for release.
  • Ensure for improvement initiatives and Participate in PACE Activities. .
  • To ensure for meeting of Line productivity as per the Plan and ensure that machines run as per Optimum validated speed.
  • To Ensure & justify the utilization of resources to increase the Productivity/Person.
  • Any other responsibility to be completed that may be assigned for time to time.
  • Reconciliation of PM, rejection analysis and closing of BPR
  • To Maintain work discipline and time management in area.
  •  Delegation of Responsibility : In the absence of job holder, delegation of responsibility shall be proceed as follows:
  • a) Upward Delegation: - Strategic responsibilities upward to higher level.
  • b) Downward Delegation: - Operational responsibilities downward to direct reporters or similar Job role.
  • To identify safety related observation, report near miss and ensure for its online compliance.
  • To Ensure that all the machine runs with proper Safety Guard, interlocks.
  • To follow procedure, guidelines, polices, practices, requirement and carryout activities in safe manna.
  • To take care of the equipment (Cleaning and Preventive maintenance) and document the same and if observation is there same to be communicated to shift incharge for intimation to Engg. Team.
