Director, Professional Relations – Biologics -Northeast
Job Summary
The Director, Professional Relations – Biologics will build relationships with dermatology Key Opinion Leaders, societies, and patient groups. This field-based, non-sales role focuses on raising awareness of our Biologics products and gathering insights to support patient care. The Director will work with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Sales leadership to align strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute national and regional engagement strategies for Biologics products (ILUMYA).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and societies.
• Plan and manage engagements at conferences, meetings, and field activities.
• Support speaker programs, logistics, and advisory boards.
• Provide input to marketing and commercial teams.
• Ensure compliant collaboration across Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Market Access.
• Travel up to 60%.
Education and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or related fields.
• Experience in Dermatology is required.
• Experience in Rheumatology is a plus.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships and work collaboratively.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments while maintaining focus on business goals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
