Job Summary

The Head of Marketing & SFE is responsible for leading strategic marketing, brand management, and sales force effectiveness initiatives across multiple therapies in Bangladesh.

The role ensures integrated planning and execution of marketing strategies while driving field force productivity, performance analytics, and capability development to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.

Areas Of Responsibility

A. Marketing & Strategic Leadership

  • Drive marketing and strategic brand management activities for Bangladesh
  • Develop and implement country-specific marketing strategies aligned with global guidance
  • Lead therapy and brand planning, execution, and performance tracking
  • Identify new product opportunities and manage successful product launches
  • Manage sales forecasts and marketing budgets (Revenue & Expense)
  • Conceptualize and execute differentiated marketing strategies to gain market share
  • Build strong KOL engagement and scientific positioning strategies

B. Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)

  • Lead SFE strategy to enhance field force productivity and efficiency
  • Design and implement field force structure, targeting, and territory alignment
  • Drive CRM effectiveness, reporting, and digital adoption
  • Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and analytics-driven decision-making
  • Monitor field force performance and recommend corrective actions
  • Develop incentive schemes aligned with business priorities
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI on field activities

C. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
  • Align marketing strategies with execution capabilities and compliance requirements
  • Support demand planning, supply readiness, and launch excellence

D. Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, develop, and manage the marketing and SFE teams
  • Build high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring
  • Drive capability development initiatives for marketing and field force teams
  • Ensure effective execution of strategies through strong governance

E. Business Performance & Governance

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with Country Manager
  • Lead cycle meetings and review sessions across territories
  • Ensure 100% implementation of approved strategies
