Position:          Operator/Technician API Manufacturing

Job Location: Dewas API

Qualification: ITI / 12th /Diploma Mechanical

Experience: 3-6 years experience of API Manufacturing

Candidate from Regulatory API Plant will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:-

1. To carry out planned production activities in shift as per production schedule.
2. To complete production documents (BPR, Equipment Logbooks, Cleaning Records, Calibration records , Area monitoring records ,Bounded Books ,Raw material & Packing material records, Finish good records etc.)
3. Prepared the Raw material lots
4. Prepared the packing material for Finish Goods as per SOP and perform the related documentation.
5. Maintain the facility and associated documentation during manufacturing in accordance to cGMP/Regulatory requirements by following SOP’s and established procedure
6. Maintain plant as per requirement of ISO & OHSAS and updated related documents. To carry out plant operations with safety.
7. To ensure the training assigned by the department / organization are attended / completed as per prescribed timeline and related documents are up-dated.
8. To available on their dedicated workstation & proper hand over the charge to another employee (who is well trained to perform the task) and inform his superior prior to leaving the workplace.
9. To follow the cGMP practices during work & ensure compliances to related SOPs.
10. To maintain & ensure the cleanliness of equipment and its surroundings.
11. Effective communication to superiors as well as subordinates in order to carry out work and its follow up according to instructions.
12. To engage in maintenance of plant & machinery as per procedure & maintain the related records.
