Responsibilities:

1. Ensure implementation of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and SOP during work
2. Ensure implementation of EHS practices
3. Maintain discipline in the department
4. Supervise manufacturing and water system areas
5. Ensure completion of training for all employees
6. Ensure updated SOP training completion
7. Plan daily activities as per schedule
8. Meet production schedule (quality and quantity)
9. Maintain and improve product quality
10. Control usage of manpower, machines, and materials
11. Coordinate validation activities of equipment and systems
12. Organize and implement on-job training activities
