Key responsibilities

1. To carry out Warehouse activities i.e. Receipt of Raw, packaging materials, dispatch of finished goods, handling of rejections/retest/expired goods, housekeeping activity and pest control activity.
2. To prepare the material requisition, dispensing, verification and lot making ofraw material for use in production batches and ensure compliance.
3. Planning of material of smooth production i.e. material should be approved in warehouse before the requirement in plant
4. To ensure for receipt of materials form warehouse as per production schedule/plant requirement
5. To carry out the temperature, humidity and differential pressure monitoring and data checked and reviewed as per SOP
6. Timely inform to GMS/PPD for action on obsolete/expired/non moving materials
7. To ensure that all control and procedure are adhered for Beta lactam containment
8. Maintain warehouse for  internal and external audits and its compliance
9. To raise deviation /change control as per SOP if any discrepancy observe.
10. To execute the investigation, CAPA, Risk assessment of warehouse and material management
11. Generation of impact assessment report for Activity Based SOPs
12. Prepare Trainer Qualification document
13. Create ILT classes and upload the attendance and other details in the LMS
14. Responsible for the management and efficacy of the Training programme
15. Responsible as a department training coordinator to support training department head on relevant activities
16. To coordinate with various departments for CQMS activities
17. To carry out warehouse operation with safety measures, maintain cGMP and following SOP during each operation and necessary punching in SAP
18. To ensure control storage of rejected/returned/recalled materials
19. To ensure compliance during transportation of API/intermediates
