Key responsibilities:

• Follow the GMP and Awareness of regulatory Compliance related with engineering functions.
• Responsible for execution of plant preventive Maintenance, Facility maintenance, calibration and Non-routine work at OSD plant over SAP.
• Man power management and resource allocation for routine activity.
• Knowledge about HVAC and utilities
• Monitoring  and optimization of energy  and utilities
• Assess the requirement of spare required for maintenance and maintain inventory of required spare.
• Monitoring of CAPEX requirement of new projects.
• Analysis of plant breakdowns and initiate corrective measure for prevention, maintain MTTR within the specified limit.
• CAPA, change control and deviation management of engineering department.
• To ensure and update plant maintenance records.
• Ensure the implementation of EHS practice during routine work.
• Coordinate with internal external customer for proper planning/execution of maintenance work and project activities.
• Knowledge about IOT, Digitalization, SCADA , automation.
