JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for execution of Packaging Validation.
• Preparation of Packing Validation Protocol & Report for validation batches
• Execution of shop floor activities related to Packaging validation and trial/registration  batches.
• To carry out machine and feasibility trials to evaluate packaging materials and change part for new product.
• To ensure packing material availability for registration batches and feasibility batches.
• To archive Validation documents in EDAMS software.
• Preparation, review and approval of Batch Packing Record (BPR).
• Preparation, review and approval of Master Packaging Card/Pack style
• Creation of Master Recipe in SAP HANA system.
• Creation of Item Codes in Master Data Management tool (MDM)
• Creation and execution of change controls, investigation and deviation in CQMS.
• Support in audit response for Packaging Validation.
