Title:  Manager 2 - NPQC

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of raw material, in-process, finished product, stability and process validation samples allotted for testing.
• Perform analytical method transfer and analytical method validation (AMT/ AMV).
• Operating HPLC, GC, DR, UV, Water (by KF) etc. instrument for analysis.
• Calibration of analytical instruments in the laboratory.
• Compliance of electronic systems like EDMS, LMS, and Novatek in the laboratory.
• Management and destruction of samples as per respective SOPs.
• Document analytical data online and calculate results.
• Ensure compliance to cGMP and safety standards in QC laboratory.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy and adequacy of the analysis performed.
• Assist in timely closure of OOS, deviation, investigation and change control etc.
