Key responsibilities

1. To ensure To carry out operation, Preventive Maintenance of Water System Equipment (PW GENERATION, WFI, PSG etc.) as per SOP.
2. To carry out (as and when required) shutdown maintenance, predictive maintenance and overhauling of plant equipment’s as per respective SOP.
3. To carry out routine / non-scheduled maintenance activities in the plant related to Water System Equipment as per SOP.
4. To monitor and control the water system parameters as per SOP.
5. To execute the work as per Non-scheduled maintenance work request.
6. To execute / co-ordinate the modification and project work in the Plant.
7. Responsibilities as “Reliever” to “Colleagues” of the department.
8. Compliance to safety procedures, cGMP & SOPs.
9. To maintain the document of Maintenance work as per the requirement.
10. Coordination with the activities of colleagues.
11. To attend all the trainings related to the Job Role.
12. Maintain the spare list and update to supervisor as per.
13. For issuance of material from Engineering Stores.
14. To follow the safety practices & maintenance work permit system for execution of maintenance works.
15. To maintain housekeeping/Facility aesthetics in the respective area.
16. To carry out and maintain equipment cleaning.
17. To maintain personnel hygiene as per requirement in the respective area.
18. Upkeep and readiness of the plant facilities (related to engineering) for any audit.
