Key responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance of All QC/IPQA Labs\Micro (CQC/EB Lab/Block F/IPQA Block A, B, C, P/Sampling Area A, B, C/PM Labs/Micro lab) of Manufacturing.
• Handling of Breakdown of All QC/IPQA Labs (CQC/EB Lab/ Block F /IPQA Block A, B, C, P/Sampling Area A, B, C/PM Labs) of Manufacturing.
• Manage AMC/CMC Contract with external vendor.
• Responsible for Maintaining Instrument List/PM Calendar/Quarantine list.
• Supported for Review the document related to Instrumentation (PPV SPR and PTS, Qualification, Investigation, Software Validation.
• Manage Spare Inventory/ PM Kits and timely procurement of Spare parts. Followed up for Indent/PR/PO/Shipment/GRN /RGP&NRGP or Service Clearance. 
• Activity Based training providing to external vendor, before start internal activity.
• Handling/implementing of CAPA related to instruments/equipment.
• Installation/Shifting/Retirement of Instruments.
• To perform QMS related activity in Trackwise.
• Coordinate external vendor during PM/Breakdown/External Calibration.
• Coordination with Engineering Dept. to maintain all required utility of Lab.
• Support for SOP preparation related to lab instruments /new installation.
• Perform of Lamp Energy for High pressure liquid chromatography system.
