Key responsibilities:

1. Maintenance of instrumentation in all API Plants.
2. Planning, monitoring and review of Calibration activities as per SOP.
3. Ability to lead and manage SAP-based instrumentation activities across the plant.
4. To take care of day-to-day engineering activities (like routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, modification) in plant & utilities.
5. Compliance to Safety Procedures, cGMP & SOPs.
6. To maintain the documents of Maintenance work as per the requirement.
7. Coordination of interdepartmental activities with colleagues.
8. To Prepare Yearly instrument list for manufacturing and master instrument.
9. To Prepare Calibration Schedule and execution.
10. Execution of regular calibration activities.
11. To attend preventive maintenance of DCS, SCADA and plc panels,
12. To attend all the trainings related to the Job Role.
13. Revenue & Capex Budget preparation, tracking and control.
14. To participate in vendor and regulatory audits.
15. Review of spare and maintain instrument spare.
16. Assigning day to day activities to technicians.
17. To review calibration certificate and monitor calibration activities.
18. To carry out Change control, unplanned & planned deviation, CAPA review report, Document retention, Audit response, review of SOP’s.
19. To prepare and execution of qualification protocol i e.URS,IQ,PQ,DQ etc.
20. To indent the engineering inventory.
21. Co-ordination & follow up with purchase department, supplier for procurement of spares, maintain inventory and service related to maintenance & projects.
22. Experience in monitoring, operation, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
