Key responsibilities:

1. Operation & Maintenance of utility systems( like HVAC, Water System, Refrigeration system, Air Compressor, PSA Nitrogen, Cooling Tower, Boiler, DG Sets etc.) as per SOP.
2. Maintenance of Plant Machinery as per SOP.
3. Knowledge about GMP documentation
4. Take care of day to day engineering activities (like routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, modification) in plant & utilities.
5. To provide training to subordinates.
6. To attend all trainings according to job role.
7. Revenue & Capex budget preparation taking and control.
8. To participate in vendor & regular audit.
9. To carry out change control, unplanned & planned deviation, CAPA review report, document retention, audit response, review of SOP.
10. Preparation, execution, & review of HVAC & Utility qualification activity & documents.
11. To provide engineering support for equipment qualification of plant & Machinery.
12. Compliance to Safety Procedures, cGMP & SOPs
13. To maintain the documents of Maintenance work as per the requirement
14. Coordination & follow up with purchase department, supplier for procurement of spares, maintain inventory and service related to maintenance & projects.
15. To Carry out & ensure the PEST control activities at site as per SOPs
16. To ensure housekeeping in respective areas.
17. To indent & maintain engineering inventory
