Do daily routine maintenance, troubleshooting & fault finding work.
Make monthly calibration schedule and check other IMTE due.
Follow monthly calibration schedule work with external agency and update related records as per received calibration report.
Check new receiving material in engineering workshop and provide status tag.
Attend new installation, commissioning and documentation work.
To update drawings, wirings, manuals, data backup of established automation system and general items.
Reduce budgetary cost by repairing faulty items.
Try to well maintain o.k. & faulty IMTE with status tag and scrap non-repairable items.
Ensure the calibration status and tag as per schedule activity.
Follow the QMS activities.
Follow the activities instruction time to time.
