Location: API – Dahej Location

1. Do daily routine maintenance, troubleshooting & fault finding work
2. Make monthly calibration schedule of IMTE and give to external agency for calibration.
3. Follow monthly calibration schedule work with external agency and update history card & other records as per received calibration report.
4. Receive quotation, raise indent, follow- up with purchase department.
5. Attend new installation, commissioning and documentation work.
6. To update drawings, wirings, manuals, data backup of established automation system and general items.
7. Reduce budgetary cost by repairing faulty items.
8. Try to well maintain o.k. & faulty IMTE with status tag and scrap non-repairable items.
9. Ensure the calibration status and tag as per schedule activity.
10. Get the calibration of master instrument by external agency and maintain certificates.
