Key responsibilities:

• To Supervise/execution of work relating preventive maintenance, to breakdown maintenance& routine work.
• To perform modification/up-gradation activities as required.
• To perform installation and commissioning of the equipment.
• To update the equipment preventive maintenance records.
• To operate the utilities and take prompt trouble shooting action.
• Performance monitoring of utility equipment.
• Planning of workmen and daily activities.
• All utility equipment log sheets review.
• To prepare and review of MIS report.
• QMS activity as per schedule in Track wise, EDMS and LMS.
• To ensure prompt and timely repair/replacement /installation of utility equipment/pipes/instruments.
• Preparation and review of document like qualification, re-qualification of equipment, audit compliance, drawing, change control, CAPA etc.
• Preparation, review and revision of the SOP.
