Title:  Technician - Packing

About the Role

We are looking for a Packing Operator to join our USFDA-approved pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role involves operating and monitoring packing lines for tablets/capsules, ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA regulations, and company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blister packing machines, bottle filling lines, and related equipment as per batch records.
• Perform in-process checks (pack integrity, labeling, batch coding) and document results accurately.
• Execute equipment cleaning, changeovers, and preventive maintenance per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure data integrity (ALCOA+ principles).
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate major problems to maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical packing operations (OSD preferred).
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and documentation practices.
• Ability to work in a controlled environment and follow strict SOPs.

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with blister packing and bottle filling machines.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Comfortable wearing PPE and working in a cleanroom environment.
