Title:  Technician - Packing

Job Purpose:

To operate and maintain bottle packing machinery efficiently and ensure proper packaging of products as per GMP and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor bottle packing machines (e.g., bottle unscrambler, filling, capping, labeling, and cartooning).
• Perform line clearance and machine changeover activities as per SOP.
• Ensure adherence to batch packing record (BPR) documentation requirements.
• Check and verify the correct packing materials as per the product batch.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area as per cGMP norms.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for timely resolution of breakdowns.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report any deviations.
• Report line output, rejection, and downtime to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety and compliance norms during operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc with relevant experience.

Experience: 1–3 years in pharmaceutical/FMCG bottle packing operations.

Skills Required:

Familiarity with bottle packing machines and processes

Basic knowledge of GMP and safty protocols

Ability to follow SOPs and maintain documentation

Attention to detail and teamwork skills
