- Oversee all activities of the packaging department, including staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all packing processes.
- Ensure all packaging materials meet specifications and are properly stored and labeled.
- Manage inventory control of packaging materials to minimize waste and ensure timely availability.
- Lead and participate in audits to ensure adherence to CGMP regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee the packing line operation, ensuring efficient product flow and meeting production targets.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
- Liaise with production, quality control (QC), and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
- Investigate and resolve packaging-related issues to maintain product quality and integrity.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to packaging operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory changes in pharmaceutical packaging.
