Education Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm

1. Production Management

Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules to meet targets.

Ensure the timely and cost-effective manufacturing of pharmaceutical products in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

2. Compliance and Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including FDA, WHO, and other applicable standards.

Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to maintain high-quality standards and resolve deviations or non-conformities.

Prepare and maintain SOPs, batch records, and other documentation as per regulatory requirements.

3. Team Leadership and Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff.

Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.

4. Operational Excellence

Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence initiatives.

Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

5. Safety and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Identify potential risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.

Promote a zero-incident culture within the production department.

6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.

Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and vendors.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on production performance.
