The Corporate Account Director (CAD) position is a field leadership role supporting Ilumya and Levulan in the Dermatology Market. This position will identify and develop working relationships with key decision makers in the operations and management of designated targeted large dermatology practices to ensure patients have access to Sun Pharmaceuticals’ Biologic for Psoriasis, Ilumya and Levulan for Actinia Keratosis. These accounts will primarily include large dermatology practices with greater than 5-6 satellite offices. The CAD will place themselves in a position to influence and educate the formulary and/or purchasing decision-making processes at all levels, including Medical, Clinical, Policy, and C-Suite executives. This position will be responsible for implementing the company’s strategic objectives and provide cross-functional leadership and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
 
Job Scope:

The Corporate Account Director is responsible for calling on 8-10 Large Dermatology Practices. Identify and develop working relationships with key decision makers within a corporate account. Educate the formulary and decision making process at all levels. Gain acceptance and support of Sun Pharma Products (Ilumya and Levulan) by the corporate entities clinical team and the business managers. Analyse and execute a B&B agreement with account.  Coordination between Corporate Account Manager and field sales personnel will be a critical function of the CAD role and necessary for pulling through the business.
Expert knowledge of the B&B process, Medicare Part B as well as commercial reimbursement, specialty pharmacies and identifying alternative sites of infusion are required. Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans in cooperation with relevant functions (MSLs, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Pricing)
Conduct quarterly business reviews with key account personnel.
Establish strong relationships with sales teams and provide on-going clear communication to ensure clarity of access positions and support pull-through efforts.  Operate consistently with Healthcare Compliance guidelines. Arrange for Senior Management customer interactions as needed.
 
Experience:  

3+years of account management experience or other Managed Markets experience is preferred.
Experience working in channels such as large Payers, national and regional health plans, state and local governments, PBM's, SPP's and Physician Medical Groups.  
Prior experience with director and senior level executives within the assigned geographical area preferred. Potential candidates must have a solid understanding of key public and private Payer policy infrastructure, payment methodologies, coverage, health policy trends and current business challenges.


Education:      
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. A Master’s Degree is preferred.


Additional Requirements:
This is a field based position, requiring significant travel to assigned Corporate Accounts and field based/home office based meetings and trainings.
