Job purpose
Provide support in implementation of Learning Management System (LMS) at Brampton site
Duties and responsibilities
Lead following activities associated with development and management of roles curricula, job roles and work assignment strategy in LMS
· Convert site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into SCORM-compliant electronic learning modules
· Develop and maintain a structured question bank and question library aligned with SOP content
· Create and configure electronic training courses for assigned SOPs within the learning management system (LMS)
· Link training courses to the appropriate curricula based on job roles
· Update and maintain job code matrices to ensure accurate curriculum and training assignments
· Perform quality checks to ensure training content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards
Additional responsibility (Only applicable to customer facing roles)
Report any adverse event received from customers for company products to the pharmacovigilance department / Drug Safety on the same day or within 1 business day
Qualifications
· Currently enrolled in a college or university program (e.g., IT, Science, Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field)
· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Comfortable working with online systems and learning new software tools
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
· Basic understanding of documents, procedures, or training content (an asset, not required)
· Ability to organize information and manage multiple tasks
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Working conditions
Required to work on site Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
