The Production Planner is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the production process. The Production Planner has a specific focus on the materials and goods required in the production phase and works closely with Production stakeholders and functions to ensure everything runs smoothly without delays.
Area Of Responsibility
Drive daily weekly and monthly production planning meeting.
Track and publish production reports on daily basis.
Follow up with cross function teams to ensure production plan is executed as per plan.
Maintain database for production numbers.
Analyse data to find out areas of improvement.
Customise dashboards for generating automatic report.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Ensure preventive maintenance and calibrations of production equipment are incorporated into the monthly planning
Work with SCM/Finance for data analysis.
Ensure commit Versus Supply data is published on daily basis

Education and Job Qualification
BS/BA degree required.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel and Powerpoint; Microsoft Office, SAP preferred.
Demonstrated excellent communication: verbal, written and presentation skills.
A self-starter with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
A team building champion driving innovative cross functional synergies.
Excellent project management and problem solving skills
The requirement for English language proficiency for this job role is Intermediate-B1+ (comparable to Global CEFR Independent B1) level based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Experience
Minimum two (2) years in Planning function, preferably in Pharma (OTC / Nutra / Rx/Gx, any business) or Cosmetic.
Demonstrated experience in handling high number of SKU’s
The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $79,000 to $87,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
