Key responsibilities:

Should have hands on experience for Microsphere related product handling and power filling line handling experience.

Should have knowledge of aseptic practices and media fill related qualification.

Should have hands on experience for area and equipment qualification (DQ, FDS, IQ, OQ and PQ) / validation activity.

Should have managerial skill who can lead the line activities and handle the manpower.

Should have cGMP expertise.

Must have exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA, EU, TGA and customer audits.

Should have hands on experience in handling various QMS like change control, CAPA, deviation in trackwise and D2 software.

Should have knowledge of lean sigma, OEE improvement, manpower utilization.

Should be able to achieve the line wise production targets.
