Job Description:-

· Overall responsibility of Plant Maintenance of Block as maintenance head.
· Monitoring/tracking of annual preventive maintenance schedule for all the plant equipment, as per procedure defined in SOP.
· To monitoring/tracking of breakdown maintenance report
· Monitoring of building maintenance schedule as per procedure defined in SOP.
· Monitoring/tracking of breakdown trending of Plant equipment
· To keep the production equipment in ready state for effective utilization.
· To improvise equipment for process requirements and eliminate recurring breakdowns.
· Co-ordination with suppliers/service providers for repairs and plant maintenance.
· To maintain stock of recommended spares, consumables for critical equipment.
· To submit daily, monthly and other periodical reports to department head related to engineering activities.
· To maintain new equipment with in schedule time.
· To ensure that hygienic condition is maintained in production area after maintenance job as per SOP.
· To monitor proper work distribution to sub ordinates.
· To maintain engineering documents as per GEP.
· Any other work responsibility given by the management.
· Monitoring/tracking of scheduling at regular intervals in IP24 for preventive once in 7 days.
· Reporting will be to engineering head.
· Responsibility of Engineering related all QMS document in QMS software.
