- To manage training activities at plant level through paper base and electronic system (LMS) as an administrator (Designee of Location training coordinator.)
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and conducting training program for new recruits/ for existing employee by self/internal or external faculty.
- To impart or coordinate GMP/ technical topics related training (initial and refresher) to company employees, workmen and external service provider.
- To assist for the preparation of annual central training calendar.
- Coordinating with department head and faculty member for conducting the training program according to central training calendar on monthly basis.
- To review and update documents related to LMS (learning management system).
- To organize a faculty (trainer) or coordinate for developmental program.
- To update and prepare central training matrix for company employees and workmen.
- To update and prepare on-going training need identification matrix for and workmen.
- To issue and maintain training forms of company employees and workmen.
- To coordinate with corporate team for training related activities at site (e.g. training need assessment, implementation of training module at site, training effectiveness check, training status reporting for site).
- To collect and maintain Job responsibility of existing employee.
- To perform the job, assigned time to time by seniors and plant head.
- To prepare or update training activity related SOPs and documents.
- Handling of QMS documents through QMS software & handling of EDMS software related to L&OD and production department.
- To perform internal audit per schedule.
- Handling of log book issuance and retrieval procedure in coordination with QA
- To assist HR department for external training of company employees.
- To impart training as qualified trainer for technical topics and LMS (Induction training, on-going training, scheduled and non-scheduled training, need based training, LMS functionality related training).
- To coordinate and impart training at aseptic training academy.
- To provide compliance of QA Observation.
- Handling of Incident and investigation report through QMS software.
- Handling of change control through QMS software
- Handling of corrective and preventive action in QMS software
- Initiation of extension through QMS software.
- SOP preparation / revision and review.
- To monitor training of new employees as per Departmental Training Manual.
- To ensure that cGMP practices is followed.
- To monitor the facility related observation and to co-ordinate with other department for fulfillment.
- To implement system / changes that are required for updation of the department.
- UAM form approval for LMS.
- Any other responsibility assigned by HOD
