Title:  Officer - Supply Planning

Job Summary

To look after production planning as per demand and available resources.

Areas Of Responsibility

• To coordinate with production/ packing/ QA/ QC to meet market demands.
• To collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management and decision makers to share information, problem solve and to clarity management objectives.
• To prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the management.
• To monitor and to review the performance of committed SKU on daily basis and back order on weekly basis.
• To analyze the reason for deviation in pre-decided production planning.
• To coordinate with warehouse department for availability of API, other raw materials and packing materials.
• To coordinate with QC department for raw material release and finished product release.
• To monitor the change in artwork of packing material and procure the same accordingly.

 Graduation + MBA Preferred
