Areas Of Responsibility

• IT Project Management and application roll out for R&D GMP area, CAL, Pharmacology, MPS and Biotechnology.
• Responsible for Scientific IT Application related activities and helping for 3rd line support for SPIL RnD all departments except ADD.
• Administrative activity, manage and support scientific applications from IT Point of view for SPIL RnD all departments except ADD.
• Planning and Supervision of Computerized System compliance related activities for GxP related activity for SPIL RnD all departments except ADD.
• Manage GxP activity for Instrument PCs and scientific application for GxP SPIL RnD all departments except ADD.
• Managing IT Compliance for R&D Systems in responsible area.
• Training and assessment of training for allotted IT subordinates.
• Monitor Periodic activities as per Global SOPs for SPIL RnD all departments except ADD.
• Approving Job Description and CV and JD of IT subordinates.
• Managing allotted IT Projects.
• Assistance to SPIL R&D functions for IT related Query or response
• Any specific work allotted by the reporting authority as per KRA
• Support IT related activities for regulatory audits User support for validated application.
• Computer System Validation of newly installed system according to scope.
• Responsible for maintaining business continuity through application support for the assigned projects and IT solutions.
• The Location IT (LIT) role at the R&D Vadodara site is responsible for managing the responsibilities outlined in the GSOPs.
