- Job Responsibility :
- Co-ordination with cross-functional team (site packing team/ RA/QA/ Purchase & PMD) to complete the respective project.
- Packing machines R &D based trials --co-ordination, execution & report preparation.
- NPL- launch batch execution to ensure smooth introduction of the product.
- Exhibit batches execution & support to site packing team for trouble shooting at packing lines.
- Technical assessment while FAT of the machines.
- Machine qualification (IQ, OQ & PQ ) support at site.
- Std. Specimen/shade card approval to ensure pkg material release.
- QMS support to site team for market complaints investigation & CAPA implementation.
- Preparation of packaging documents like trial reports, justification reports etc.
- Support to regulatory for change management.
- Packing automation, cost saving projects --Identification, evaluation & implementation along with site packing team.
