JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:

Global Quality Specialized Training Development, ensuring a new and also updated portfolio of training offerings are offered to the Sun Global network, in order to enhance a baseline of Quality Compliance training. (i.e. TrackWise hands-on training, statistical product analysis, 6S inspection readiness, Quality Circle, Kaizen Events, Value stream Maps, etc.).

The incumbent will assure training compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, GxP’s, including Sun Pharma’s Global policies, standards, standard operating procedures, Learning Management Systems, Document Management Systems, etc.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Create specialized training and qualification content, and then maintain those training offerings with periodic updates to align with industry standards, and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs based on site audits, investigations and quality incidents within the Sun Pharma network.
  • Collaborate with the Business Transformation Office (BTO) to train them as trainers on Global Quality System Specialized Training offerings such as “What’s Your Problem?”, Technical Report Writing, and 6S inspection readiness, etc.  Additionally, become qualified to deliver BTO training offerings (Kaizen, SCAMPER, Quality Circle, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)
  • Deliver both Quality and BTO training offerings for a variety of training platforms (Live classrooms, on-line classroom forums, video recordings, and private tutoring).
  • Prepare training calendars and maintain a “Quality Training and Capabilities” intranet web site with training calendars, training registration information, Technical training academy logistics, etc.
  • Liaison with both Corporate Quality Systems and Quality Information Technology departments for coordinating a TrackWise training / development server schedule, for all hands-on TrackWise QMS classes and development work.  Submit TrackWise change control requests as necessary for continuous improvements of the TrackWise QMS identified through training channels.
  • Author, communicate and deliver training to all levels of the organization from executive presentations to factory/lab work areas, on-line / virtual forums and contractors/vendors.

  • Ideal candidate will be a certified training Master Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of GxP’s, cGMP and other regulatory requirements.
  • ICH, and health authority regulations governing Quality investigations, CAPA, Change Control
  • Site service orientation

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Incumbent performs work assignments in both normal office and non-aseptic manufacturing/packaging environments. Moderate to loud noise level is common in production rooms. The incumbent must be able to comply with the gowning requirements for entry into controlled non-aseptic manufacturing areas, and wear personal protective equipment as required.
