Job Summary:

1. Characterization of Domestic market’s reference drug pack samples.

2. Finalization of pack configuration for exhibit batches of Domestic market’s new products for as per requirement.

3. Identification of new packaging materials and new vendor development for packaging materials.

4. Mold development for primary & secondary packaging materials and its validation.

5. Support to regulatory team for Domestic market filling.

6. Coordination with NPI and planning team for launch of Domestic market region product

7. Preparation and review of proposal for R&D stability studies.

8. Preparation and review of packaging material details for Domestic market       

9. Preparation and revision of packing material specifications.

10. Preparation and review of MPC and PQRAR.

11. Preparation and review of development study protocol, report and execute the study.

12. Performing functional tests for pack as per country requirements.

13. Participate in FAT of Machines.

14. Support to plant for validation and troubleshooting activities.

15. Support plant in market complaints.

16. Preparation of packaging documents like Pack Style, Justification report as per product/ regulatory requirements.

17. Coordination with cross functional team like FDD/RA/Plant/PPIC/Marketing/BD/PMO for completion of task

Educational Qualification

Graduate : PG Dip from IIP

Experience

Tenure : 9 – 15 years  of relevant experience
