Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all litigation matters including civil, commercial, labour, real-estate, regulatory, and pharma‑specific disputes.
2. Supervise external counsel, review pleadings, and drive effective litigation strategy and timely resolution.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and pharma‑related agreements.
4. Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
5. Provide legal advisory support to cross‑functional teams on day‑to‑day business operations.
6. Ensure compliance with pharma regulations, including Drugs & Cosmetics laws and frameworks.
7. Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigation strategies for new projects and business initiatives.
8. Develop and implement internal legal policies, SOPs, and training programs.
9. Maintain litigation trackers, contract repositories, and prepare periodic legal reports for management.
10. Act as a business partner for all assigned business functions, including support on real‑estate matters.
